The role

Performance Marketing Lead.

You'll own the strategy across a portfolio of clients — from onboarding through to ongoing performance and sales outcomes. You'll direct asset creation. You'll be the person clients trust with their growth.

You won't be a cog. You'll be the engine.

What you'll actually do

- You onboard new clients — setting strategy, budget, and forecasts from day one. You look at a business and immediately see where the funnel is leaking, and you fix it before the client notices the problem.
- You build and manage Meta campaigns end to end: audience creation, pixel setup on landing pages, custom conversions, and ongoing optimisation with a revenue lens, not a vanity metric lens. You know when to kill an ad set and when to scale one.
- You run competitor research and pull creative inspiration constantly. You live in the Ads Library and TikTok Creative Center because you're always watching what's working. You write ad copy and brief the graphic design and video team with clarity and precision — you know what a scroll stopping hook looks like and why most ad copy fails in the first three seconds.
- You architect the entire funnel from landing page copy, ad creative,



and integration with GoHighLevel CRM — with lead quality and sales outcomes as the measure of success, not just clicks and impressions.
- You communicate with founders in their language - A builder doesn't want to hear about CPM. He wants to know if the phone is ringing with the right jobs. You translate complex data into confident, clear updates that make clients feel like they're in the best hands they've ever had.
- You'll manage a portfolio of 20–30 accounts simultaneously.

Who you are You have at least year of performance marketing experience at a digital agency (Meta is a MUST).

You've managed multiple client accounts simultaneously, navigated competing priorities, and delivered results under real pressure with real budgets.

You're sharp with copy and hooks. You understand that the first three seconds of an ad determines everything.

You understand funnel architecture end to end — top-of-funnel awareness through to bottom-of-funnel conversion. You don't just run ads, you diagnose where the system is breaking and fix it.

You're high agency. You don't wait for instructions. You see a 1% conversion rate and you've already drafted the landing page brief before anyone asked you to.

Salary Range: $80k-$110k + Super
