ABOUT THE ROLE

Tidda Workforce is currently seeking experienced MIG/Tack Welders for an ASAP start at a busy precast manufacturing facility in Redhead, NSW. This is an ongoing role offering consistent hours, overtime opportunities, and long‑term stability. You will be working in a fast‑paced production environment fabricating reo products and components used within the precast industry.

?Location: Redhead, NSW

? Role: MIG/Tack Welder (Reo Bar)

? Employment Type: Casual (Full-Time Hours)

⏰ Hours: Monday - Friday | 6:30am Start | 8-10 Hour Shifts

? Pay Rate: $40.97 per hour casual

➕ Penalty rates apply for overtime

? Start: ASAP

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- MIG and tack welding of reo bar
- Fabricating and assembling reo cages
- Reading and interpreting basic drawings
- Maintaining weld quality and consistency
- Following safety and quality procedures
- General workshop and yard duties as required

ABOUT YOU





You are an experienced welder who takes pride in producing quality work and working safely within a production environment. To be successful, you will have:

✅ Previous reo-bar welding experience - Essential

✅ White Card (Construction Induction)

✅ Own welding PPE

✅ Reliable transport

✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

✅ Ability to start immediately

✅ Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

Highly regarded:

- Welding qualifications
- Trade qualifications
- Previous precast manufacturing experience
