The Assistant Men’s Basketball coach will assist the basketball program in the day-to-day operations of the men’s basketball program including, but not limited to, recruiting, scouting, mentoring, practice/game planning, player skill development, academic progress, strength and conditioning program, social media, camps and other duties assigned by Head Coach or Athletic Director.

Minimum Qualifications

- Basketball coaching experience
- Knowledge of and commitment to NJCAA compliance policies and procedures
- Proven ability to develop, establish and sustain relationships with student-athletes, coaches, administration, and various constituents.
- Excellent administrative, organizational, and proven ability to recruit prospective student-athletes.
- Ability to work nights, weekends and travel as needed.

Desired Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree
- Collegiate coaching and/or playing experience
