City of Coffs Harbour is seeking an experienced Team Leader Lifeguard Services to run the day-to-day Lifeguard Service operations on the stunning Coffs Coast. You will coordinate patrols, oversee emergency responses and workforce deployment, and drive community education programs to improve safety.
You will mentor lifeguard staff, manage coastal risk initiatives and build solid relationships with stakeholders to deliver skilled, safe beach outcomes for residents and visitors.
