Requirements

The Opportunity

Most Account Managers inherit a portfolio. This one gets to help build it.

Chobani's Petrol & Convenience channel is still taking shape, and that's exactly where this role comes in. As Account Manager - P&C;, you'll take ownership of an emerging portfolio of customers, identifying current opportunities, building relationships where Chobani has limited presence today and helping shape what this channel looks like for our business.

This isn't about maintaining what already exists. It's about acquisition, relationship building and commercial growth in a channel that's still being defined. You'll work closely with customers across VIC, NSW, QLD and WA, balancing new business development with the day-to-day account management needed to convert opportunity into distribution.

In this role you'll:

- Identify and secure new customer opportunities within the P&C; channel
- Build relationships in areas where Chobani has limited or no presence today
- Develop customer growth strategies and commercial plans
- Lead pricing and promotional negotiations





As this channel is still emerging within Chobani, the impact of your work will be highly visible. The customers you win, the relationships you build and the opportunities you unlock will directly influence the future direction of the channel.

Your Experience

We're looking for a commercially curious relationship builder who enjoys creating growth, not simply managing it. You'll be confident building credibility with new customers, comfortable navigating ambiguity and motivated by the challenge of helping shape a channel that's still evolving.

You'll enjoy working in a business where initiative is valued, decisions move quickly and success often comes from your ability to spot opportunities, influence others and turn ideas into action.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

Experience within FMCG, Petrol & Convenience, Independent Grocery or a related sales environment will set you up for success. Equally important is your curiosity, ambition and genuine appetite to help build something new.
