Interchange Outer East in Ferntree Gully, VIC, is seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our Allied Health and Behaviour Support team. This permanent role offers 0.8–1.0 FTE and flexibility to suit the successful applicant, delivering high-quality, person-centred behaviour support to children and young people with disabilities.

You will conduct FBAs, develop and review Behaviour Support Plans, provide specialist intervention, reduce restrictive practices, and train families and support
