About The Role

We are seeking a motivatedand career-oriented Associate Adviser to join our growing Financial Services team. This role is ideal for someone whohas completed, or is nearing completion of, their relevant studies and islooking to build a long-term career in financial advice.

Working alongside experiencedadvisers, you will gain valuable exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients,including complex and engaging advice engagements. Client-focused, you enjoythe challenge of working with technical information and understand theimportance of compliance and implementation to meet our client's financialgoals.

Working closely with ouradvisers, you will be responsible for developing and ensuring theimplementation of a strategy that best fits each client's individual needs.

About You

To thrive in this role and build a successful career in financial services, you will bring:

- Completed or be nearing completion of a relevant degree in Financial Planning, Commerce, Business, or a related discipline.
- Strong technical and research skills with a broad knowledge base and thorough understanding of industry regulations
- Previous experience in a Client Service Manager (CSM), paraplanning, administration, or similar support role within financial services (preferred but not essential).




- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- An ability to develop and build on key relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
- Flexible and professional attitude.
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in financial advice.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation ofClient reports on a timely, accurate and cost-effective basis
- Preparation ofpresentations to clients
- Attendance atclient meetings to take notes and participate
- Facilitatethrough the support team the implementation of recommended strategies
- Ensure allportfolios recommended are in accordance with Investment Committeerecommendations and compliance requirements
- Assist withclient queries and maintaining their portfolios
- Ensure allstrategies are focused on the client’s needs/objectives
- Present atinternal training sessions on relevant issues.
- Contribute totechnical articles as required.
- Involvement intechnical writing for budget analysis
