JG King Homes is Victoria's largest builder of steel frame homes, and we're looking for an energetic, motivated and customer-focused individual to join our growing Shepparton team.

This is a full time position based from our Shepparton Office and Display Homes. The role includes working weekdays, weekends and public holidays on a generous rotating roster.
About the Role
As a New Home Advisor, you'll help customers through one of life's biggest decisions—building their dream home. You'll provide outstanding service from the first enquiry through to contract signing while building strong relationships within the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with selecting the right home design and house & land package.
- Generate and follow up sales enquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and referral partners.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reporting.
- Ensure display homes are presented to the highest standard.
- Maintain stock levels of promotional material.
- Follow company systems, processes and compliance requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the sales, administration and construction teams.
- Build strong local industry and community relationships.
About You
You will be someone who enjoys working with people and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Ideally you will have:
- Previous experience in new home sales (desirable but not essential).
- Experience in retail sales, real estate, banking, hospitality or customer service will also be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook and Excel.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using SAM or similar quoting systems is advantageous but not essential.
