Role: UI/UX Design Lead

About the Role

We’re seeking a UI/UX Design Leadto design and help build the front-end experience for a governed Azure-based application and data platform connecting operational technology, IoT, enterprise and geospatial systems. You’ll turn complex operational needs into clear, role-based user experiences using modern web patterns and reusable components.

Responsibilities

- Lead theUX and front-end interaction model
- Createuser journeys, wireframes, prototypes, componentsand design patterns
- Designdashboards, map-based views, workflows, forms, alerts, timelinesand operational screens
- Work closely with stakeholders and engineers to deliver buildable, high-quality UI
- Ensure solutions areaccessible, responsive, consistentand suitable for operational use

Qualifications

- Strong UI/UX forweb-based applications
- Experience withAngular or React




- Experience designingoperational views(dashboards, maps, workflows, alerts, timelines, status/status indicators)
- Experience with contemporary CSS/component frameworks (e.g.,Tailwind, Angular Material, Bootstrapor equivalent)
- Experience creatingwireframes, prototypes, reusable components, and design systems
- Solid understanding ofresponsive design, accessibility, usability, and front-end implementation constraint
