Nestled in the heart of the Macedon Ranges wine country, Cleveland Winery Estate is a destination renowned for weddings, conferences, and elegant dining experiences. As part of the award-winning Lancemore Hotel Group, we’re looking for talented casual chefs to join our kitchen team.

Whether your passion lies in à la carte dining, event catering, or both — this is a excellent opportunity to work across varied service styles in a scenic, supportive environment.

About the Role
You’ll work as part of our kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals across restaurant service, cellar door experiences, and large-scale functions including weddings and corporate events.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparing and plating dishes to a high standard

Supporting the team with service flow across restaurant and event operations

Maintaining a clean, safe, and well organised work area

Adapting to changing service demands and team needs

What We’re Looking For

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher) is essential

Understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP principles





Calm under pressure with a reliable, can-do attitude

Availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (as rostered)
