This full-time, permanent position plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while managing stock and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail setting. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of providing high-quality products and services to our customers, enhancing their shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable advice to enhance their shopping experience.
- Manage stock levels, including receiving, unpacking, and organising merchandise in the warehouse.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-presented and stocked, maintaining high visual merchandising standards.




- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Participate in regular stocktakes and assist in inventory management.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and stock management.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays.
