About the Role

Within in your new role as a Consultant Psychologist you will be delivering treatment intervention services in face-to-face sessions or via telehealth, your key responsibilities will involve:

- Provide psychological counselling and therapeutic treatment to individuals under the SIRA WorkCover Scheme
- Conduct initial assessments
- Create personalised treatment plans based on clients’ individual circumstances
- Use various therapeutic techniques, which can include, but are not limited to CBT, DBTEMDR,PE, CPT and ACT,direct experience within these modalities is desirable however not essential
- Maintain professional records
- Case conferences and communicate with relevant stakeholders

About You

- Full registration as a psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- 2+ years exp as a registered psychologist
- Strong understanding of psychological injury and recovery
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ready to make a difference!
- Registration with SIRA to provide services to clients under WorkCover and/or CTP
- Medicare provider number
