We're seeking an experienced Mining Supervisor to join a well-established mining operation in Western Australia. Reporting to the Mining Superintendent, you'll lead production crews, drive secure work practices and ensure daily mining targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily mining activities
- Lead crews to achieve production and safety targets
- Ensure compliance with site safety systems and procedures
- Monitor operational performance and provide direction on shift
- Liaise with maintenance, technical services and leadership teams
- Conduct pre-starts, toolboxes and safety interactions
- Coach and mentor operators and leading hands
About You
- Previous experience as a Mining Supervisor, Production Supervisor,
Shift Supervisor.
- Strong understanding of mining operations and production processes
- Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership
- Effective communication and people management skills
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Relevant statutory qualifications (desirable)
- S26 Certificate
