About The Role As a Mobilisation Coordinator with PPS Group you will play a critical role in managing deployment of personnel to sites across Australia.

You must have strong communication and collaboration skills that allow you to easily build and maintain positive working relationships with your team and with staff on site in remote locations.

Reporting into the mobilisation lead, this role is vital and demands astute resource planning, effective collaboration and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities

- Arranging pre-employment medicals
- Arranging site specific and role-specific training for new starters
- Effectively coordinates the mobilisation and demobilisation of personal in a timely manner




- Maintain all spreadsheets and trackers
- Ensures rosters are updated as flights are issued
- Liaises with clients to determine the site access requirements for personnel
- Provides PPE

About You

- Must have fair experience in a similar role
- Must be a outstanding communicator and able to build positive working relationships
- Able to prioritise tasks effectively
- Works well under pressure in peak periods
- Works well in a team
