What You'll Need (The Reality of the Role): This is a business ownership opportunity,



not a salaried job. To succeed here, you must have:
- A Proactive "Hunter" Mentality: You must be comfortable picking up the phone, networking, and actively generating your own leads. You love talking to people.
- The drive and resilience to succeed in a commission-only environment and run a business.
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
- Financial readiness to manage startup costs and living expenses for your first 6 months, with a minimum reserve of $20,000-$40,000.
- Professionalism, a passion for client outcomes, and strict attention to detail.
- Pty Ltd Company (ACN) to trade under, plus Australian Citizenship or PR.
- Ability to work full-time or transition within 6 months under our Broker Initiator program.
