Frensei Innovation Labs is an AI startup building a product for the mortgage and insurance broking industry. We are seeking an experienced industry professional to provide practical insights and help ensure our product aligns with real-world broker workflows.
This is a consulting role focused on feedback and industry expertise. It is not a sales position.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review product concepts and provide actionable, honest feedback
- Participate in periodic team calls to discuss product direction
- Share insights on broker workflows, commissions, and operations
- Introduce relevant industry professionals for research conversations
- Identify gaps between product design and real-world usage
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience as a mortgage broker, finance broker,
or brokerage support professional
- Strong understanding of broker commission structures and business operations
- Experience in Australia, Ireland, or the United Kingdom markets
- Ability to communicate clearly and provide constructive feedback
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Familiarity with mortgage or insurance broking tools and systems
- Strong professional network within the broking industry
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies
