ABOUT THE ROLE

Frensei Innovation Labs is an AI startup building a product for the mortgage and insurance broking industry. We are seeking an experienced industry professional to provide practical insights and help ensure our product aligns with real-world broker workflows. This is a consulting role focused on feedback and industry expertise. It is not a sales position. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Review product concepts and provide actionable, honest feedback Participate in periodic team calls to discuss product direction Share insights on broker workflows, commissions, and operations Introduce relevant industry professionals for research conversations Identify gaps between product design and real-world usage REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience as a mortgage broker, finance broker,



or brokerage support professional Strong understanding of broker commission structures and business operations Experience in Australia, Ireland, or the United Kingdom markets Ability to communicate clearly and provide constructive feedback PREFERRED SKILLS

Familiarity with mortgage or insurance broking tools and systems Strong professional network within the broking industry Analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies WHAT WE OFFER
