Motorcycle Mechanic – CFMOTO Albany

CFMOTO Albany is seeking an experienced, trade-qualified Motorcycle Mechanic to join our team, assisting with servicing and repairs of both new and used motorcycles. ? $2,000 Bonus – paid upon successful completion of a 3-month probation period.

General Duties

- Service and repair new and used motorcycles, ATV's & UTV's
- Carry out scheduled servicing and maintenance, test and adjust mechanical parts for correct performance
- Perform diagnostics, dismantle and remove engine assemblies, transmissions, and steering mechanisms for inspection
- Test ride motorcycles in line with company guidelines
- Complete job cards for all duties including warranty work
- Supervise and train apprentices
- Assemble and pre-deliver new motorcycles and equipment
- Maintain workshop safety and keep a clean, tidy workstation
- Availability to work some Saturdays as required
- Other duties as needed

The Successful Candidate Will Have

- Trade qualification (essential)



- minimum required Certificate III in Automotive
- Ability to obtain repairers certificate (LVW or MCW)
- Previous motorcycle experience or willingness to learn
- Passion for motorcycles
- Motorcycle licence
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, motivated, and process-driven approach
- Professional presentation
- Ability to lead by example and work effectively in a small team
