We’re on the hunt for a skilled and motivated Mowing Operator with a background in commercial turf maintenance to help us deliver high-quality results across some of Perth’s best outdoor spaces.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Operating a range of well maintained commercial mowers, brush cutters, edgers and other turf maintenance equipment




- Keeping our turf spaces looking sharp and professional
- Assisting with turf fertiliser and weed spray programs
- Leading by example on quality, safety and presentation
- Helping maintain vehicles and machinery to company standards

What we’re looking for:

- Minimum 5 years experience in commercial mowing or turf maintenance
- Confident using a variety of mowers and small equipment
- Good understanding of safety procedures
- Fit, reliable, and able to work independently or in a small crew
- MR licence preferred, C class and White Card essential
- Chem cert, turf qualifications, or machinery tickets (e.g., chainsaw, skid steer) a big bonus
