Permanent | $75K-$95K Base + Super + Bonus

About the role

Join a thriving private practice in Capalaba/Bayside Brisbane, treating an established private MSK caseload in a supportive, well-equipped environment. You'll work across private treatment rooms, gym spaces and Pilates facilities, treating everything from MSK and orthopaedic presentations through to post-operative and sporting populations.

Whether you're an experienced MSK Physiotherapist or a new graduate looking to build your skills, you'll be supported to develop your clinical expertise and build a rewarding career.

Skills & experience

- AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist. No sponsorship available
- New graduates through to senior clinicians encouraged to apply
- Interest in MSK, orthopaedics or rehabilitation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Team-focused approach and commitment to quality care

Salary & benefits

- $75K + Super for recent graduates; up to $95K + Bonus + Super for experienced clinicians
- Attractive percentage-of-fees bonus structure
- $1,000 PD allowance + APA membership covered

- Monday-Friday roster with optional Saturday work
- Flexible, family-friendly environment. Longer initial appointment times (45-60 minutes)

Who they're looking for

This role is open to Physiotherapists at any experience level. If you're a new graduate, you'll be supported to build your MSK and orthopaedic skills. If you're experienced, you'll have autonomy and opportunities to mentor and progress. Most importantly, cultural fit, communication and patient relationships matter here.

The team

You'll join a close-knit Physiotherapy team across the local clinics, with experienced clinicians who are passionate about sharing knowledge and supporting each other. There are no formal KPI targets. The focus is on quality care, strong patient relationships and sustainable caseloads.
