About the role

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Venue Manager to join G Group of Companies on a full-time basis in Gippsland. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple hospitality venues across the region. You will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, maintaining consistent service standards, and ensuring profitability across all managed properties.

This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our diverse hospitality portfolio whilst leading high-performing teams across different locations.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations across multiple venues, ensuring consistent service delivery and guest satisfaction standards
- Develop and implement operational strategies and policies that align with company objectives and enhance profitability
- Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor financial performance across all managed venues
- Recruit, train, supervise and mentor management teams and staff across multiple locations
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, licensing and regulatory requirements across venues
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue, occupancy rates and customer satisfaction metrics
- Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to drive customer engagement and increase revenue
- Conduct regular venue inspections to maintain quality standards and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with senior management regarding strategic planning and business development opportunities
- Foster a positive workplace culture and address staff performance and conduct matters professionally

What we're looking for

- Minimum 5 years' experience in hospitality management,



preferably managing multiple venues simultaneously
- Proven track record of successfully managing P&L; across hospitality operations
- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry operations, including food and beverage service, accommodation management or event management
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams across multiple locations
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational procedures and best practice standards
- Sound understanding of health, safety and licensing regulations relevant to hospitality venues
- Proficiency with hospitality management systems and point-of-sale software
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with competency in budget management and forecasting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with staff, customers and stakeholders
- Flexibility to travel between venues and work varied hours as required by the business
- Current Driver's Licence is desirable for travel between multiple locations
- Relevant hospitality qualifications or certifications would be advantageous
