Facade Cladding for NextDC's P2 Data Centre

NextDC’s P2 Data Centre in the heart of Perth is a crucial digital hub for the city’s data-driven businesses. Headed by Multiplex, Constructive PD was awarded a $6 million facade cladding contract for this high-performance building, which required exceptional durability, airtightness, and climate control to support the facility’s sensitive infrastructure.

To meet the project’s stringent requirements, CPD installed insulated and recessed cassette panels on the building’s 65-metre-high facade. Panels were hoisted from the ground and installed from within the building to ensure precision and safety. The result is a sleek, modern facade that not only meets high-performance standards but also enhances the building’s architectural design.
