By guiding clients through their own data entry, AcudocX allows NAATI-certified translators to focus on verification and certification, increasing throughput while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Role Description This is a remote, contract role for NAATI-certified Translators working on certified personal document translations, including immigration, legal, and education paperwork. Translators will use the AcudocX platform to review client-submitted data, compare it against source documents,



and perform precise translations in line with AUSIT standards and relevant regulatory requirements.

Day-to-day tasks include verifying client data entry, ensuring consistency and accuracy across documents, certifying completed translations within the platform, and managing translation jobs from intake to delivery. Translators will communicate with clients through the platform when clarification is needed, maintain detailed records for compliance and traceability, and meet agreed turnaround times while upholding quality.

Qualifications

- NAATI certification in one or more language pairs
- Proficiency with online platforms and digital workflows, including document management, secure file handling, 2-factor authentication, and basic familiarity with payment systems.
- Ability to follow regulatory and compliance requirements for certified translations, including consistent use of templates, seals, and translator statements.
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to handle high-volume work, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently in a remote workplace.
- Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with clients and platform support when needed.
- Reliable internet access, suitable hardware, and a secure workspace to handle confidential documents.
