In this role, you'll:

Working as part of a team delivering road network planning programs and operational support services, this role will contribute to the coordination and delivery of key initiatives, including road network plans, corridor strategies, the Road Categorisation and Classification Program, and the Road Network Operating and Service Framework (RNOSF).

You will work closely with the Director to support business planning, administration and effective portfolio oversight. As part of the Road Networks Senior Leadership Team, you will help coordinate priorities, monitor progress and support the successful delivery of programs and projects across the branch.

You will also support project governance, reporting, financial tracking and document management, while gaining exposure to strategic transport planning and developing your project coordination capabilities.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will establish efficient and consistent project support processes and help manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines.

Your organisational, coordination and stakeholder engagement skills formed across project support, administration, business operations, government, infrastructure,



or large corporate environments will see you excel in managing competing priorities, maintaining accurate records and reporting, and supporting the delivery of high-quality planning outcomes.

You're recognised as a proactive and collaborative team member, skilled at coordinating projects, preparing reports, and briefing materials, managing documentation, and supporting governance processes, experienced in administrative support, project coordination, financial and procurement activities, and working with multiple stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes.

Candidates who demonstrate strong attention to detail, sound problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering quality customer-focused outcomes will thrive in this role and contribute to the success of Road Network planning priorities across NSW.
