About the Role

As an Ice Pigging Project Coordinator, you will support ice pigging projects from initial planning through to completion, helping coordinate operations, solve technical challenges, and ensure successful outcomes for our customers.

Based in Craigieburn, Melbourne, this role works closely with our operations team and customers across Australia. Regular travel is required, with projects delivered throughout the East Coast of Australia. Depending on operational requirements and project schedules, you may be required to travel for extended periods.

Key responsibilities include:

- Planning and coordinating ice pigging projects with customers and operational teams.
- Supporting field teams during project delivery, including troubleshooting and technical support.
- Coordinating site activities with councils, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Preparing project reports, documentation, and post-project reviews.
- Supporting equipment improvements, process enhancements, and operational initiatives.
- Monitoring project scope, schedules, risks, costs, and delivery outcomes.
- Maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout project delivery.

About You

You enjoy working in a practical, customer-focused environment and thrive in a role that combines project coordination with hands‑on operational support.



You are an effective communicator, enjoy solving problems, and are comfortable working both in the office and on site.

You will have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Project Management or a related discipline is preferred but not essential.
- At least 2 years' experience in project coordination, engineering, utilities, infrastructure, construction, or an operational environment.
- Experience supporting projects from planning through to successful delivery.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
- A proactive, adaptable, and self‑motivated approach with the ability to work independently in the field.
- A willingness to travel extensively across the East Coast of Australia, including extended periods away from home when required.
- Experience within the water industry is desirable but not essential.
