What You’ll Be Doing

As a Team Leader, you’ll help bring joy to our guests by:

Welcoming every guest with a smile and delivering friendly, genuine service.

Scooping and preparing our delicious ice cream, shakes, sundaes and desserts to our quality standards.

Helping guests discover new flavours and making recommendations they’ll love.

Leading the team during your shift, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth store operations.

Making confident decisions and working closely with business managers.

Maintaining our high food safety and hygiene standards.

Bringing positive energy and helping create a fun team environment every shift.
