William Buck is seeking an experienced Change Lead to join our Group PMO on a 12-month contract. You will lead and coordinate change management initiatives across a portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring successful adoption of current systems, processes and ways of working.
You’ll drive engagement, communication and readiness for key transformation programs including technology, compliance, and business process initiatives, while building sustainable change capability across the organisation.
