You will ensure goods are stored safely and efficiently, operate warehouse equipment where required, and assist with stock control activities.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, handling, and dispatching stock while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring warehouse operations run efficiently.



The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace health and safety.

Tasks and Responsibilities

- Receive incoming goods and inspect deliveries for damage, shortages, and discrepancies against invoices and delivery documentation.
- Unload delivery vehicles, unpack shipments, and organise goods for storage or distribution.
- Use computerised inventory systems to locate stock and verify item quantities and storage locations.
- Label products accurately with identification details and designated storage locations.
- Pick, pack, weigh, and securely seal goods for dispatch in accordance with company procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment to lift, stack, retrieve, and store goods at various storage levels.
- Use manual and electronic order-picking equipment to accurately select items and verify them against picking lists.
- Assist with routine stocktakes and inventory counts to maintain accurate stock records.
- Operate materials handling equipment, including hydraulic pallet lifters and hand trucks, to safely transport goods throughout the warehouse.

Qualifications and Experience

AQF Certificate II or III
