Due to continued growth and the expansion of our College into a three-school model, we are seeking passionate and innovative Secondary Teachers to join our team in 2027.

About the role

We are currently inviting applications for teaching streams that include:

- Psychology
- Health
- English
- Physics
- Engineering

You will be supported by a College Executive that is committed to “awakening potential and empowering learners for purposeful lives through Christ”. Additionally, the leadership has made College wide changes to support a new way of learning:
- De-siloed all subject areas including curriculum leadership
- Simplified secondary timetable across all year levels
- All day Wednesday program focused on wellbeing, student advocacy, exploration of student led passion projects, etc.

Furthermore,



the College is implementing a five-year plan to move to a “stage” not “age” model of schooling across Year 7 to 12. It is anticipated that the College will remove the concept of year levels and increase flexibility to all students. With such innovative changes we need teachers who can “dream big” and have the requisite traits such as tenacity, passion, tolerance of ambiguity, confidence, vision and flexibility.
