Security Officer – Crowd Control & Static Security

B Secure Group Pty Ltd is a growing security company servicing Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast. We are seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused Security Officers to join our expanding team.

Position Overview

We are currently recruiting Security Officers for a variety of assignments, including:

- Licensed venues (bars, clubs, and hotels)
- Corporate and commercial properties
- Construction sites
- Shopping centres
- Events and functions
- Static guarding
- Access control and gatehouse duties
- Mobile support (where required)

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a secure and secure environment for clients, staff, and visitors.
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas.
- Control access to premises and verify authorised entry.
- Manage incidents professionally and prepare accurate reports.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent B Secure Group professionally.
- Respond to emergencies in accordance with company procedures.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Essential Requirements
- Current Queensland Security Provider Licence.
- Crowd Controller and/or Security Officer licence.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.




- Current Driver Licence and reliable transport.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work day, afternoon, overnight, weekend, and public holiday shifts.

Desirable
- Previous experience in crowd control or static guarding.
- Certificate II in Security Operations.
- RSA Certificate.
- Construction White Card.
- Experience using incident reporting systems.
