ISEC Security is seeking a professional and motivated roving Security Officer to join our team at a prestigious corporate high-rise site in Sydney CBD.

This role offers a structured pathway into a Control Room Operator position for the right candidate. If you are operationally strong, well-presented and ready to develop your electronic security capability, we would like to hear from you.

Applicants must hold a current NSW Security License and be located in Sydney.

The Role

- Conduct patrols across a corporate high-rise environment
- Monitor and respond to alarms and incidents
- Maintain registers and complete accurate incident reporting
- Support control room operations and train on CCTV systems
- Pays inline with the Security Services Industry Award – Security Officer Level 4

You will work a 24/7 rotating roster (12-hour shifts) in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Essential Requirements

- Current NSW Security Licence (Class 1A minimum)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Strong customer service,



communication and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent grooming and presentation
- Ability to work flexibly across a rotating roster
- Baton and Handcuff Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Baseline National Security Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

Highly Regarded

- Experience in corporate high-rise or large control room environments
- Experience with CCTV and electronic access control systems
- Microsoft Office proficiency
