About the job:





The role is Senior Account Manager working across a luxury automotive client. You’ll team up with a Group Account Director to bring smart ideas to life across multiple digital channels. We’re looking for someone who’s all about building great client relationships, loves making things happen, and takes real pride in delivering work that l ook s and feels valuable. You’re proactive, adaptable, and comfortable going with the flow when things shift, because they always do. If you’re organised, switched on, and keen to grow with a genuinely great team, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be working across a luxury automotive client , with a strong focus on digital/CRM-led work:

- Managing day-to-day workflow across accounts, keeping projects moving from brief to delivery within a complex digital ecosystem,
- Leading CRM and email activity, working closely with CX Planners on customer journey mapping.
- Supporting digital projects like website updates, campaign content and optimisation
- Writing clear briefs and timelines for creative, strategy and production teams
- Creating budgets, scopes and timelines with producers
- Looking for opportunities for growth across the business.

You’ll thrive here if you…

- Have experience in a creative or digital agency as either a Senior Account Manager or an Account Manager ready to step up
- Have worked across CRM and digital, EDMs, websites, content and campaigns
- Love building strong client relationships and keeping things moving
- Enjoy working across both creative/content and digital projects
- Bring a proactive, can-do mindset and don’t wait to be told what to do
- Stay calm under pressure and adapt when priorities shift
