The Role:
As the Senior Administrator - Scheduling Lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing and monitoring our Technicians' schedules using our Job Management system.
Job scheduling is a crucial part of our business - we are looking for someone to own the schedule while being flexible and happy to go with the flow when plans need to change.
We have recently transitioned into our new service programme, Simpro, and you will play a crucial part in the implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of our schedule by collaborating with senior leaders and the business owners.
- Provide leadership and oversight to our Admin Officers with job scheduling.
- Field phone calls from customers enquiring about new or existing jobs.
- Schedule jobs for Technicians on our job management system.
- Field phone calls from Technicians and help them to operate efficiently.
- Listen and respond to feedback from customers and escalate feedback appropriately.
- Monitor and respond to emails in our Admin inbox when necessary.
What you Need:
- Previous background in a trade environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal comprehension skills.
- Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft suite.
- Experience using job management software in a trade industry, Simpro experience is preferred.
- Strong organisation skills and ability to multitask.
