What you'll do

- Gain hands-on expertise in the Moveworks platform through structured on-the-job training and real-world implementations
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents on the Moveworks platform, including API integrations with multiple enterprise systems of record
- Partner closely with customers throughout the end-to-end AI agent implementation lifecycle, from discovery through deployment and optimization
- Apply strong software development skills to enhance and expand 89 Solutions’ product and accelerator portfolio
- Collaborate effectively with international colleagues and global customers across time zones and cultures
- Bring curiosity, creativity, and a positive mindset and enjoy the journey while building impactful AI solutions

You will thrive if you have

- 4+ years of experience in Information Technology, with a strong focus on system integration and enterprise application environments
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science,



Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 3+ years of back-end software development experience in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or C++
- Strong experience designing and implementing APIs and integrations, including:

-Hands-on expertise with API paradigms such as REST and SOAP -Solid understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms, including

OAuth

-2.0, JWT, API keys, and token-based security

-Proficiency in working with data formats such as JSON and XML

- Experience using API development and testing tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or

equivalent -Experience handling error handling, retries, rate limiting, and pagination in API integrations

-Familiarity with webhooks, event-driven integrations, and asynchronous processing

- Experience integrating with enterprise systems of record (e.g., ITSM, HRIS, IAM, CRM, ERP)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to produce clear, high-quality technical documentation
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to troubleshooting complex integration issues
- Working knowledge of AI technologies, conversational AI concepts, and enterprise automation terminology

Bonus Points

- Prior experience working in a consulting or professional services company
- Development experience on at least one cloud platform – AWS, Azure, Google Cloud (GCP)
- Experience building integrations with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP suite, Coupa, Ariba, Oracle etc.
- Open-source software contributions or personal/hobby software projects
