Senior AI Software Engineer (.NET / React)

Remote (Australia) | $200,000 - $250,000 + Super + ESOP

We're partnering an ambitious Australian SaaS business transforming the way software is built.

Rather than scaling with more developers, they're building a small team of exceptional engineers who leverage AI to deliver faster, smarter and higher-quality software.

This isn't a traditional Senior .NET role. If you're already using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar AI agents as part of your daily workflow and have experience building production AI capabilities; we'd love to speak with you.

What You'll Do:

- Build contemporary cloud-native applications using C#/.NET
- Design and deliver production AI capabilities using LLMs
- Build RAG pipelines, embeddings and vector database integrations
- Implement tool calling, structured outputs and agentic workflows
- Develop scalable APIs and modern React applications
- Build robust automated testing with Playwright
- Leverage AI coding agents throughout planning, development, testing and deployment
- Help shape an AI-first engineering culture

You'll have experience with:




- C# / .NET / ASP.NET Core
- React
- REST APIs & cloud-native architecture
- Production AI application development
- LLM integrations
- RAG
- Embeddings & vector databases
- Tool calling & structured outputs
- Playwright
- Unit, integration and end-to-end testing
- Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar AI development tools

Most importantly, you're an experienced software engineer who genuinely embraces AI as part of your everyday development workflow.
