Batchelor’s Complete Garden Care is seeking a skilled gardening and landscaping qualified to join our team on a full-time basis. We manage an expansive portfolio of elite properties, including luxury acreage, prestigious function centers, and commercial complexes.
The Role:
As a key member of our field team, you will be responsible for maintaining the high standards our clients expect. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Precision hedge trimming and topiary.
- Large-scale turf management (Acreage/Zero-turn mowing).
- Comprehensive garden care: weeding, pruning, fertilising, and mulching.
- Assisting with soft landscaping projects.
Criteria:
- Proven experience in professional gardening or landscaping.
- Proficiency with zero-turn mowers, hedge trimming and gardening tools.
- A strong work ethic and physical fitness.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Current Driver’s License.
- A commitment to excellence and a keen eye for detail.
