The Company is seeking a Head of Risk Analytics and Decision Science to take on a pivotal role in leading the risk function. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the risk governance framework, defining credit and fraud decisioning strategies, and leading a team of data scientists and risk analytics professionals. This role demands a strong presence with the ability to influence and educate stakeholders, particularly those with non-risk backgrounds. The Head of Risk will also be tasked with setting risk appetite, concentration limits, and approval thresholds, as well as maintaining various risk models and leading the business in a manner that balances sustainable growth with risk discipline. Applicants for the Head of Risk Analytics and Decision Science position at the company should have a background in a quantitative discipline,



with solid experience in credit risk analytics and a strong understanding of model validation and risk management. The role requires the ability to be hands-on with coding and model details, advanced Python skills, and experience in lending, payments, or fraud. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of translating risk policy into functional specifications, owning the risk model roadmap, and representing the business’s risk approach with external partners.
