JC Care in Sandringham VIC is seeking a passionate and experienced disability support worker to join our team on a casual basis. You will provide 1:1 support, assist with self-care, transport and weekend community access as needed.

You will work with participants to develop individualised support plans, maintain records and collaborate with the care team. The role requires a Certificate III or IV in Disability or related field, solid communication, and a patient, flexible approach.
