About the Position
This is a full-time ongoing opportunity for a motivated and analytical professional to join the Agency's Conformance and Assurance team. As a Senior Analyst, you will support the delivery of conformance and assurance services that help ensure digital health systems meet required standards and specifications. Working across multiple projects and service areas, you will undertake complex analytical and technical work, including requirements analysis, risk assessment, conformance assessments, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.
Reporting to an Assistant Director, you will work with a high degree of independence to deliver quality outcomes, provide evidence-based advice, and contribute to the development of conformance artefacts, processes and service documentation. You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, represent the work area in meetings and forums, and play an active role in driving innovation, service excellence and capability development across the team.
Skills and experience (essential criteria)
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis, systems analysis, software testing, solution design, data analysis, or a related discipline within a technology or service delivery environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret requirements, assess risks, and provide practical, evidence-based recommendations.
- Proven ability to build productive stakeholder relationships and communicate complex technical or business information clearly and effectively.
- Experience developing, maintaining or applying processes, frameworks, standards, testing methodologies, or quality assurance practices to support consistent service delivery.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and the ability to learn and apply new systems, tools and technologies.
- Experience in digital health, healthcare, government, assurance, compliance or conformance environments, with knowledge of relevant standards, testing, validation or interoperability frameworks highly regarded.
Eligibility
Australian citizenship is a mandatory eligibility requirement. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain both a national police clearance and a Baseline security clearance,
with the capacity to attain a higher-level clearance if required by the Agency.

Salary: This role offers between $101,379- $114,373 plus 15.4% superannuation depending on skills and experience.
