Senior Analyst – Valuations

Our client is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its growing Valuations team in Sydney.

This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing professional with an audit, corporate finance, transaction services, or valuation background to build specialist experience within a cooperative advisory practice.

You’ll support the delivery of independent business valuations, financial modelling, and advisory work across a variety of client needs, including M&A;, financial reporting, tax, disputes, and strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include

- Preparing business valuation analyses, financial models, and client deliverables
- Analysing financial information, market data, industry trends, and comparable companies
- Supporting senior team members across a varied portfolio of valuation engagements




- Building trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

To be successful, you’ll bring:
- CA/CPA qualification, or progress toward completion
- Experience in audit, corporate finance, deals, transaction services, consulting, or valuations
- Strong financial analysis and Excel/modelling capability
- Explicit communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- A genuine interest in valuation and commercial advisory work
