We’re growing our multi-national practice with a brand-current office in Adelaide, and we’re looking for a Senior architect to lead the way.

We are Hyphen, a WA100-ranked multi-national architectural practice with teams across Europe and Latin America. Now, we’re bringing our unique-know how to Australia . This is a rare opportunity to take a lead role in our newest office, building a team and delivering high-profile commercial projects for world-renowned clients.

You will take the lead on projects from concept and design development through to delivery, closely collaborating with clients and teams across Hyphen’s multi-national network.

- Most of our projects pass rapidly from concept to completion so you’ll experience a wide range of job phases, including valuable site experience.
- Each of our local offices are relatively small so you’ll quickly feel part of a friendly, supportive team, and get to work closely with senior colleagues.
- Our multi-national network means you’ll be given the opportunity to collaborate with Hyphen’s offices across Europe and Latin America and work on interesting projects for world-leading clients.

In addition, our hybrid working approach means that you’ll be able to work from home for up to two days each week with the remaining time in our Adelaide office.

The role

We’re Looking For a Senior Architect Who Is Ready To Lead, Mentor, And Deliver Great Work For Our Clients. Ideally, You’ll Bring

- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Leader or Senior architect in Australia
- Registered as an Architect in Australia




- Strong Revit skills, with experience leading projects through all stages
- A thorough understanding of planning, building codes and construction standards
- Confidence in leading client relationships, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A client-focused mindset and the readiness to act as a trusted advisor, aligning with client priorities to deliver successful outcomes
- Willingness to support, mentor and collaborate with others in a growing team
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally as part of a multi-national team
- Eligibility to live and work in Australia
- Fluent in spoken and written English
