? We’re Hiring: Associate Adviser / Senior Associate Adviser

QIX Consulting Group is partnering with a growing and well-established financial advice business seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate Adviser to join its Melbourne team.

With another exciting year of growth planned, the business is looking for someone who can work closely with experienced advisers, support new and existing client relationships, and help deliver a seamless advice experience.

This opportunity could suit either:

- A career Senior Associate who enjoys being a trusted partner to advisers and clients and wants to build a long-term career in a senior support capacity; or
- An ambitious Associate who would like to develop their technical and client-facing capabilities before progressing into a Financial Adviser role in the future.

Key responsibilities:

- Supporting advisers throughout the end-to-end advice process
- Attending client meetings and preparing meeting documentation
- Assisting with strategy development and advice preparation
- Coordinating with paraplanning, administration and implementation teams
- Managing client reviews, follow-ups and ongoing service requirements
- Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted point of contact




- Ensuring all documentation and advice processes meet compliance requirements
- Supporting the onboarding of new clients and anticipated business growth

What we’re looking for:

- Previous experience within financial planning, wealth management or private wealth
- Experience working as an Associate Adviser, Senior Associate, Paraplanner or in a similar advice-support role
- A sound understanding of superannuation, investments, insurance and wealth strategies
- Strong client-facing, communication and relationship-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Relevant financial planning qualifications
- A proactive, professional and collaborative approach
