The Role We're looking for a detail-oriented, organised, and resourceful marketing operator to support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across our ANZ markets — whether sales-driven or brand-building.
This is a hands-on role at the centre of campaign delivery. You'll work closely with our channel leads (paid, CRM, social, content, and more) to bring campaigns to life — ensuring plans are executed accurately, on time, and with strong performance visibility.
You'll join a high-performing, high-energy, award-winning marketing team. It's a role that rewards someone who's comfortable juggling multiple stakeholders and priorities at once, and who brings genuine resourcefulness to solving problems on the fly.
This is also a genuine launchpad role. It's a positive fit for someone who's keen to build a long-term career in marketing, loves travel,
and wants exposure to both sales-driven performance campaigns and brand-building work — with the appetite to grow into a generalist over time.
What You'll Do Campaign Execution & Delivery
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels — spanning both sales-driven activations and brand-building initiatives
- Partner with channel leads (paid media, CRM, social, content, and others) to bring campaigns to life, ensuring each channel's execution is aligned to the overall brief
- Coordinate development of creative assets, landing pages, and channel setups
- Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and to brief
Cross-functional Coordination
- Act as a central point of coordination between marketing, creative, product, and regional teams
- Maintain clear workflows and timelines across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Support smooth rollout of ANZ campaigns across channels
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and support reporting across key metrics (traffic, conversion, revenue)
- Assist with data pulls, analysis, and insight generation
- Identify areas for optimisation and support test-and-learn initiatives
- Leverage tools (including AI where appropriate) to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability of campaign execution and reporting
Operational Excellence
- Manage invoicing, budget tracking, and partner payments
- Maintain high standards of accuracy across all campaign deliverables
- Support continuous improvement of marketing processes and workflows
What You'll Need To Succeed
- 3-4 years' experience in marketing, campaign execution, or digital/e-commerce environments
- Detail-oriented, organised, and resourceful — able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and solve problems as they come up
- Demonstrated potential to manage multiple stakeholders, with the confidence to coordinate across teams and priorities
- Comfortable working with data and translating it into actionable insights
- Comfortable using tools and emerging technologies (including AI) to improve efficiency and output quality
- Confident working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, international environment
- A "roll up your sleeves" attitude with a focus on execution quality
- Genuinely keen to build a long-term career in marketing, with the appetite and adaptability to grow into a generalist over time
- A genuine love of travel
- Able to work from our Sydney office 4 days per week
What Sets You Apart
- Experience across both performance campaigns and/or brand-building work
- Proficiency in at least one marketing channel (social media, CRM, paid media, display, SEM, SEO)
- Interest in travel, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses
- Curious about how AI and automation can enhance marketing workflows, and proactive in adopting better ways of working
- Ambition to broaden your marketing skillset over time — this role is designed to expose you to multiple campaign disciplines and channels
