Join our Audit & Assurance team in Melbourne, where you'll manage complex client engagements, deepen key relationships and lead a team of talented auditors to reach their full potential. Your role, your contribution! Manage and guide the planning of complex audit engagements, identifying risk, setting timetables and negotiating fees
Build and maintain strong client relationships, developing a detailed understanding of their business needs
Review audit files and prepare business reports, ensuring compliance with relevant Audit Metholodgy and standards.
Identify opportunities to add value to clients' scope of work and prepare fee proposals to help win new business
Manage, coordinate and delegate work across the team in line with the Audit Plan

CA qualified or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or similar would be highly desirable Strong technical knowledge of audit standards and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
Proven people leadership skills,
