Our restaurant is one of the busiest restaurants in Sydney CDB is expanding so we are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking bartenders to join our team!

You must have a good understanding of running a dispense bar mixed with customer facing service all while under the pump! The ideal candidate will have bar & cocktail knowledge and be a great team player, but also strong enough behind the bar to fly solo!

- Exceptional knowledge of wine, cocktails and mixology with a dash of creativity!
- Availability to work a flexible roster including a mix of days, nights and weekends
