We’re looking for an exceptional Behaviour Support Practitioner who wants to make a genuine difference, not just complete reports.

About the Role:

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will:

- Complete Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs).
- Develop Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans.
- Deliver person-centred behaviour support that improves quality of life.
- Build the capacity of families, support workers, schools and therapy teams.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and behaviour support training.
- Analyse behavioural data and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Support Coordinators.
- Support participants across home, school and community environments.

Essential Requirements

- Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner (Proficient or Advanced) under the NDIS Commission Capability Framework.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or a related discipline.
- Current ABN (or willingness to obtain one).
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Working With Children Check.
- Current Australian Driver Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
