The Chance

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our purpose-led delivery team and help shape initiatives that create meaningful outcomes for our operational stakeholders across delivery, support, fibre and billing. If you enjoy working through complex problems, contributing to decisions, and collaborating across business and technology teams, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll be part of a delivery team that helps define and design initiatives for our technology roadmap. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, architects,



delivery teams and technical experts to understand business needs, assess impacts, and support solution design that delivers value.

This is a collaborative role where you'll combine strategic thinking with practical business analysis, helping shape future-state processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and make sure solutions meet both business and customer needs.

You'll also contribute to the ongoing development of the BA practice by applying Vocus' BA framework, sharing knowledge, and supporting best-practice analysis techniques.
