In this business-facing role, you'll provide trusted advice on privacy and compliance, support key business initiatives, and help strengthen the organisation's governance framework.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

- 3–5 years' experience in Privacy, Data Protection, Compliance, Legal or a related discipline, ideally within financial services. Including experience with Privacy Impact Assessments.
- Strong knowledge of the Privacy Act, Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and an understanding of GDPR.
- Exposure to AI governance, information security or broader technology environments will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the business.
- A team-oriented approach with experience working across multiple teams and functions.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, preferably in Law or a related discipline. Privacy certifications (e.g. CIPP or equivalent) will be highly regarded.
