Hamilton Island is one of Australia's most popular island holiday destinations, nestled among the Whitsunday Islands off Queensland, and located at the edge of the world famous Outstanding Barrier Reef. Our Chefs have a huge impact on how much our guests enjoy their holiday, and we believe you should be rewarded accordingly.

All of our roles offer attractive salaries, and are full-time, permanent roles with 4 weeks paid annual leave accrued pro-rata. Salarys range from $75,000 to $100,000

ABOUT YOU

You love what you do and know that as a team we can create culinary magic!





- Must have successfully completed Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Energetic with a genuine passion for food
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Open Australian driver licence (manual essential for some roles)
- Relevant experience to the role
- Proactive approach to keeping up to date with current trends
