RSPCA Queensland is seeking a motivated Behaviour Trainer to deliver hands-on behavioural care and rehabilitation for animals in our care. You will assess behaviours, develop individual plans, and apply positive, fear-free training techniques across our network, including regional shelters.
You will coach staff and foster carers, sharing best practices in evidence-based training while maintaining records and contributing to adoption pathways.
